Location on an Old Snapper Mower of the Filter
If you have an Snapper riding mower locating its filters can be tough because some previous engines were configured than the engines of today. Oil Filter

Gas Filter
Until you see the round casing of the filter locate the gas filter that is in-line by obeying the gas line. Usually, the gas line is connected to the gas filter with small, metal clamps on each side of the filter. Examine the state of the filter by looking through the casing of the filter. If it is dirty, remove the filter by simply turning off the gas valve, then pinching the clamps and pulling the filter from the gas line. The used filter should be discarded in accordance with the instructions of its manufacturer. Put in a new fuel filter by inserting it in the gas line and attaching it set up with the metal clamps on each side of the filter.
Transmission Filter
The transmission filter on versions 1650 and 1650a is on the transmission underneath the left fender on the side of the tire in this location. Snapper recommends changing the transmission filter and changing the transmission fluid. Should you utilize your Snapper mower more than 100 hours each season , then change fluid and the filter annually. Snapper mower versions 1600a and 1600 aren’t outfitted with a transmission filter, in accordance with the manual of their operator.
Air Filter
