It’s not that I can not live without my kitchen gadgets, it’s just that I had much rather not. Here’s a list of some of my favorite cooking tools that I utilize on a regular basis and would recommend.

Do you require a see-through toaster? The answer is yes you do. This toaster is superb. There’s nothing like watching your bread skillet and then hitting the stop button when it’s just perfect.

Look at the handle of the knife. It’s a knife . Knives that are amazing are made by New West KnifeWorks, and I adore mine.

Victorinox Cleaver 18cm. – $89.93

Lets just put it this way, I have had one of these knives for more than a couple of decades, I use it daily and I have never had to sharpen it.

Fast Pop Maker – $49.95

If there is one kitchen gadget you want to have, the Zoku can it be. I can not tell you how often I have used it and tried to persuade everybody else to use it too.

Tarte Tatin Set, Red – $125

I know that this costs a lot of money, and that I also know that, realistically, you will probably just make tarte Tatin once every other month. However, I strongly think that the very best dessert in the world deserves its own pan. I’ve got this pan and I love it.

Recipe Journal – EUR 19.50

Yes I am hooked on my computer just as much as the next person, but it does not mean that I do not adore a good pen and a good journal. If I told you I utilized my Moleskine recipe diary every day, do you think me? I promise you that, in fact, I do.

WMF Profi Plus Silicone Ball Whisk – $23.95

I’ve a soft spot for whisks, and also the ball is my absolute favorite. Something about the small balls on the ends is absolute magic.

What, you do not enjoy the smell of petroleum hanging around your house three times after you have made french fries? I know. But you do love french fries, right? Me too. Allow me to warn you: if you get this deep fryer, you will deep fry everything. Whereas before you just deep fried once a month, now you will deep fry twice a day. I really like it due to the security characteristics (a must for those who have children) and because it retains the greasy smell included. When I deep fry, my house smells like a house rather than a fast food restaurant.

If you have children, you might also create the feeding experience fun. I adore that this bib and spoon place and thus does my infant.

KitchenAid Euro Peeler, Black – $6.99

I have had this peeler for many years, and it still works great. I like how thin the deal is; it’s sturdy and easy to hold.

Shun Classic Kitchen Shears – $39.95

I am the type of person that cuts pizza with kitchen shears. I utilize my shears for all.

All-Clad Measuring Cup Set Stainless Steel – $50

These metal measuring cups are sturdy, pretty and accurate.

Blend and Cook 4-Speed Soup Maker, Black – $199.99

My family couldn’t endure without a blender. I make cake batter in a blender — it’s a Brazilian thing. No matter blenders are cool. You should totally have one.

Bed Bath & Beyond

Breville Die-Cast Citrus Juice Press – $189.99

I hope Breville, also that I think in fresh squeezed lemon juice. Essentially, this juicer is the bomb.

The Home Depot

4-1/2 qt. Tilt Head Stand Mixer in White – $199.99

For the record, it’s totally possible to overcome stiff egg whites by hand, but also for the record, it’s so much better to allow your KitchenAid mixer do it for you. It’s not that I can not live without my mine, but I simply don’t wish to.
